This strength and conditioning program will introduce weight training and cardiovascular development practices based on preferred sport, training age and fitness level of the participants, while building a foundation for movement competency, while building sport specific fitness.
The goal is to not only foster the enjoyment of exercise and training for a sport, but to also provide a fun environment that allows participants to develop social skills and increase factors such as self-confidence and self-efficacy.
Ages: 12 – 14 yr. Mondays and Thursdays in August [ inside- masks may be required]
