Ages 15-18 Youth Sports Conditioning Class

This strength and conditioning program will introduce weight training and cardiovascular development practices based on preferred sport, age and fitness level. Participants will build a foundation for movement competency and sport specific fitness.

The goal is to not only foster the enjoyment of exercise and training for a sport, but to also provide a fun environment that allows participants to develop social skills and increase factors such as self-confidence and self-efficacy.

Ages:   15 – 18 yr.

Mon/Wed/Fri from Jan.3 – Mar. 30 [ inside- masks may be required]

3:00 p.m. – 4::00 p.m. in the Summit Gym
