This strength and conditioning program will introduce weight training and cardiovascular development practices based on preferred sport, age and fitness level. Participants will build a foundation for movement competency and sport specific fitness.
The goal is to not only foster the enjoyment of exercise and training for a sport, but to also provide a fun environment that allows participants to develop social skills and increase factors such as self-confidence and self-efficacy.
Ages: 15 – 18 yr.
