This low impact exercise class is perfect for those who have not exercised in years, has limited mobility or have experienced a fall and need to rebuild their strength.
We will build strength, balance and flexibility by using aerobics. Most exercises are adaptive in both the sitting and standing positions.
*Proof of vaccination and masks are required
Two class options to choose from:
Mon / Thurs 9:30 – 10:30 am (Classes begin on 10/7 and end on 10/28)
Tues / Fri 9:30 – 10:30 am (Classes begin on 10/8 and end on 10/29)
