Low Impact Exercise Class for Balance and Strength
This class is perfect for anyone who has not exercised in years, has limited mobility, or had a fall and wants to rebuild strength and endurance. With a focus on strength, balance, flexibility and aerobics, most exercises and aerobics can be done sitting or standing and are adaptive.
