SAIL Into Action: Instructor Training

February 27 @ 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

SAIL INSTRUCTORS NEEDED
High Demand • Flexible • Community Impact

Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is an evidence-based strength, balance, and fitness program for adults 65 and older—and our community urgently needs certified instructors.

Across Grays Harbor County, only three organizations currently offer SAIL classes. Every class is full, waiting lists are long, and communities are asking for more.
We need instructors now.

Why Become a SAIL Instructor?
✔ Earn a high-demand certification
✔ Teach anywhere, anytime, on your schedule
✔ Once certified, instructors may teach independently or with organizations
✔ Opportunity for minimal supplemental income
✔ Make a meaningful impact, helping older adults stay active and independent

This certification is portable and can be used in community centers, senior housing, wellness programs, and more.
