SUMMARY:Indoor Rock Climbing
DESCRIPTION:Our Wellness Center boasts a two-story climbing wall that can be enjoyed by community members and physical therapy patients. Our rock wall utilizes an auto-belay system\, a simple way to learn to climb and a fun way to stay active! Our instructor provides basic climbing knowledge and safety information to make your climbing experience efficient and enjoyable. \nClimbing is available Monday through Friday from 1 to 6 p.m. Each 30-minute climbing sessions can be scheduled for up to three participants at $10 per climber. Options: reservations required to climb at 1 pm\, 3 pm and 5 pm\, or walk-ins welcome at 2 pm and 4 pm. Challenging yourself and friends? Overcoming your fear of heights?\n\nWe offer a variety of fun games everyone can partake in when climbing! A quick safety harness instruction\, and small prizes!\n\nTickets can also be purchased at Physical Therapy front desk (card or exact cash).
