SUMMARY:Indoor Rock Climbing
DESCRIPTION:Our Wellness Center boasts a two-story climbing wall that can be enjoyed by community members and physical therapy patients. Our rock wall utilizes an auto-belay system\, a simple way to learn to climb and a fun way to stay active! Our instructor provides basic climbing knowledge and safety information to make your climbing experience efficient and enjoyable. \nWe offer 30 minute climbing sessions that can be scheduled for up to four participants. Cost is $10 per participant. Climbing is available Monday through Friday from 1 to 6 p.m. with the last climb ending before 7 p.m. Please register 24 hours in advance of your desired climb time. \nUnder our current guidelines guests and employees will be required to wash their hands or sanitize before and after participation\, as well as wear a mask during their time at Summit. For questions please email rockwall_fitness@sp-mc.org. \nClick to view available climb times.
