FAQ

What are your clinic hours?

  • Our primary care clinics are open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and closed on weekends.
  • Our Urgent Care Clinic is open from Noon to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

How do I schedule an appointment at one of your clinics?

  • Call 360-346-2222 to schedule an appointment at any of our three healthcare clinics. After calling, select option “1.” After you select option one, you will be transferred to one of our helpful schedulers. If you are already a patient of the medical center, you can also request an appointment through our Patient Portal. See the Patient Portal webpage for information on how to register for this service.

What is a Virtual Care Clinic?

  • Summit Pacific Virtual Care Clinic is 24/7 healthcare available via phone or video. Answer a few questions about your issue, request a virtual visit, and within about 30 minutes you can be speaking to a medical provider by phone or video. Virtual providers can assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of minor illnesses and prescribe medication if needed. To learn more, visit the Summit Pacific Virtual Care Clinic website.

Who can use the lab at SPMC or one of the healthcare clinics?

  • Anyone with orders for lab testing can utilize laboratory services at SPMC, Elma Family Medicine or McCleary Healthcare Clinic. We will have the results sent directly to your healthcare provider.

Am I able to use the Diagnostic Imaging Department at SPMC if I am not a current patient of the medical center?

  • If you have an order from any provider or facility (whether it’s from SPMC or not) you may have this service, if offered, performed at Summit Pacific Medical Center. This can save you travel and waiting time for appointments. We are usually able to schedule an appointment within a few days. We perform the procedure at our facility then forward the images to South Sound Radiology in Olympia for interpretation. These results are sent to your provider in a timely manner to assist in your treatment.

How can I see your behavioral health nurse practitioner?

  • Patients must be refereed by a primary care provider to receive care.
