Grays Harbor Consortium

The Grays Harbor Consortium is a diverse group of invested partners with a vision to influence a healthy and safe lifestyle for the residents of Grays Harbor County.

Providing compassionate and equitable opportunities that will prevent and reduce Opioid Used Disorder (OUD) and Substance Use Disorder (SUD), improve health behaviors through education, environment, food security, employment, and harm reduction, with increased access to all social determinants of health services.

Current activities are financially supported through Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as part of the Rural Communities Opioid Response Implementation grant total funding of $1,000,000.00.
