The instructor will provide and review all required paperwork at your first class. \n\nNo physician referral needed\nYou do not need to be a Summit Pacific patient\nFree of charge\n\nExercises are designed to be done while sitting or standing.\nPlease don’t let a walker or wheelchair stop you from joining—we welcome all mobility and ability levels. \nSAIL is designed to help older adults improve strength\, balance\, and confidence in a supportive and welcoming environment. \nWe look forward to seeing you there! \nFor more information\, please call 360-346-2297.

We understand that caring for a loved one with mental illness can feel overwhelming\, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. \nJoin our FREE NAMI Family Support Group\, a safe and confidential space designed for caregivers (18+) seeking guidance\, encouragement\, and connection. \nHere\, you’ll find a judgment-free zone where you can share experiences\, learn valuable strategies\, and gain access to helpful resources. Whether you’re looking for practical tools or just a place to be heard\, this group is for you. \n✨ A Safe Space for You: Confidentiality is strictly upheld\, ensuring a secure and supportive environment.\n✨ No Childcare: We’ve Got You Covered!
