Summit Pacific Medical Foundation Cancels Annual Golf Tournament

July 22, 2020

Virtual Raffle and Silent Auction to be held in place of the physical event.
It is with great disappointment that we announce the cancellation of Summit Pacific Medical Foundation’s 2020 Celebrity Golf Tournament. Given the current state of the crisis, our Governor’s new mandates, and out of an abundance of caution, it is in our best interest and the interests of our participants to cancel this event.

“However, given that this is such an important fundraiser for the Foundation to be able to provide vital services to our community, we will be moving forward with our first ever virtual silent auction and raffle in lieu of the golf tournament,” CEO of Summit Pacific, Josh Martin shared.

The cause for this year’s tournament is just as important as ever. Funds from sponsorships, and from the new virtual auction and raffle will still support Summit Pacific’s Cardiac Rehab and Pulmonary Therapy Programs. This new virtual platform will take place in August and offer branding and other forms of virtual recognition and sponsorship as well as a variety of auction items for bidders.

For more information about the virtual raffle and silent auction, or to make a donation to this year’s cause, please visit https://summitpacificmedicalcenter.org/foundation/ or contact Natalie Jensen, events coordinator by calling 360-346-2345 or by emailing foundation@sp-mc.org.

Summit Pacific encourages you to be active, stay safe, and save the date for next year’s Celebrity Golf tournament to be held on Friday, May 7, 2021.
