What if I already use your patient portal?

If you already utilize our patient portal, you will still need to sign up for our new portal in order to continue to access your records securely online. Unfortunately, records from our current portal system will not transfer into the new system. The new portal will only be able to track services received, test results, appointment requests that take place January 1, 2017 and forward. Please watch for information to come out at the start of the new year in regards to signing up for the new portal.
