Free Education Event January 14 – Meal Planning Essentials

(ELMA, WA) – Summit Pacific is hosting a free education event Tuesday January 14, 5:30 p.m. in Summit Pacific Wellness Center’s Ortquist Conference Room 1. The topic is “Meal Planning Essentials.” The event is free and open to the public, no RSVP required.
Sarah Carossino, registered dietitian at Summit Pacific will be presenting on the benefits of planning meals ahead of time, how to build nutritious meals, and sharing resources for finding coupons, new meals and new recipe ideas.
