What is Restorative Care?
Our hospital offers Restorative Care, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation program (commonly called “swing bed”) where caregivers provide exceptional post-acute care services to those needing rehabilitation before returning home.
This program hosts patients recently out of surgery or recovering from a serious illness. This program offers 24-hour, in-hospital, skilled nursing care services with the benefit of rehabilitation therapies to help patients reach optimal functioning.
Our patients have access to round-the-clock care. Throughout the day, patients receive care and therapy from our internal medicine doctor and physical, occupational and speech therapists. If the need arises, patients are never more than a few seconds away from emergency medical care.
