Our hospital offers a Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Program, also known as a swing bed program where caregivers provide exceptional post-acute care services to those who may need rehabilitation prior to returning home. This program hosts patients who are recently out of surgery, or recovering from a serious illness. Summit Pacific’s swing bed program offers 24-hour, in-hospital, skilled nursing care services with the benefit of rehabilitation therapies to help patients reach an optimal level of functioning.
Our patients have access to round-the-clock care. Throughout the day, patients receive care and therapy from our internal medicine doctor and physical, occupational and speech therapists. If the need arises, patients are never more than a few seconds away from emergency medical care.
