Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of the Grays Harbor County Public Hospital District #1 will be holding a special meeting for the Annual Strategic Planning Retreat. The meeting will take place August 4-5, 2026 at Alderbrook Resort and Spa in 10 E Alderbrook Dr, Union, WA

Resolution 2026-01 of the Board of Commissioners of Public Hospital District No. 1 in Grays Harbor County, Washington, amends the regular meeting schedule for 2026.

Regular meetings are scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on the fourth Thursday of each month. There are some adjustments made for holidays or other events. Specific meeting 2026 dates include November 24 (moved for Thanksgiving), and December 29 (moved for Christmas). Special meetings may be called, or the schedule may be revised by a majority of the Board as needed.

Meetings are held in the Ortquist Conference Room at Summit Pacific Wellness Center unless otherwise noted. Meeting information is posted in the local news media per the RCW requirements, and are also available by calling (360) 346-2280. For recent minutes, agendas and financials, scroll down. Financial statements and minutes will be posted each month after Board review and approval.
