Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of the Grays Harbor County Public Hospital District #1 (Summit Pacific Medical Center) will hold a special Joint Board meeting with representatives from Grays Harbor County, Public Health, Elma School District, and the City of Elma. The meeting will take place at 8:00 am on Friday, June 12, 2026 at Summit Pacific Wellness Center, 610 E Main St Elma in the Ortquist Conference Room.

Resolution 2026-01 of the Board of Commissioners of Public Hospital District No. 1 in Grays Harbor County, Washington, amends the regular meeting schedule for 2026.
Regular meetings are scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on the fourth Thursday of each month. There are some adjustments made for holidays or other events. Specific meeting 2026 dates include November 24 (moved for Thanksgiving), and December 29 (moved for Christmas). Special meetings may be called, or the schedule may be revised by a majority of the Board as needed.
Meetings are held in the Ortquist Conference Room at Summit Pacific Wellness Center unless otherwise noted. Meeting information is posted in the local news media per the RCW requirements, and are also available by calling (360) 346-2280. For recent minutes, agendas and financials, scroll down.
