This was a good visit
Felt at ease comfortable
Always gives me clear explanations
I was seen for pain control. My R shoulder is due for replacement in May (L shoulder done 2/3/26), and is extremely painful. Lindsey Brightman is FABULOUS in every way, but I did leave there feeling a bit discouraged. I was told that I have the maximum pain control which can be given by her office, that I would need to see a Pain-control Clinician. However, I was not referred to a Pain MD. Mind you, I did not ASK to be referred to a specialist, either, so I carry the weight of this oversight I am a very active 70 yr old, and not having the use of either shoulder right now is beyond frustrating to me. Sure, I can and will hobble along in pain for the next 2 months, but is this really necessary? I was an RN for 42 yrs, and I fought for my patient's comfort, even as narcotic prescribing tightened. I would NEVER allow a patient to walk out the door without a plan in place. Again, Lindsey was only stating the rules. I get it, but I DON'T GET IT.
Lindsey Brightman is very compassionate and comforting. It's nice to have a provider that truly listens with care and empathy.
