Getting help in the community just got easier. Summit Pacific Medical Center has created a Community Resource Directory to connect Grays Harbor residents with important local services – all in one convenient place.
The directory is designed to make it easy to find the support you or your family may need – whether it’s help with daily essentials or access to community programs.
Developed by Summit Pacific’s Population Health and Care Management teams, this resource includes information on:
- Housing assistance
- Food and nutrition programs
- Employment support
- Transportation services
- Education and youth programs
- And more
