Summit Pacific Medical Center is pleased to offer SAIL Fitness Classes, a free, evidence-based strength and balance program for adults 65 and older.

🗓 Tuesdays & Thursdays (starting January 6th, 2026)
🕥 10:30–11:30 AM
📍 Ortquist 2 Conference Room
2nd Floor, Wellness Center

No registration required.
Simply arrive ready to participate. The instructor will provide and review all required paperwork at your first class.

  • No physician referral needed
  • You do not need to be a Summit Pacific patient
  • Free of charge

Exercises are designed to be done while sitting or standing.
Please don’t let a walker or wheelchair stop you from joining—we welcome all mobility and ability levels.

SAIL is designed to help older adults improve strength, balance, and confidence in a supportive and welcoming environment.
