Free weekly meeting! Hosted by facilitators specifically trained to assist in tobacco abstinence.
This program is designed to help people who want to quit using commercial tobacco (I.e. cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco, e-cigarettes/vaping devices, etc.). It is for people who have recently quit and need additional support, who are thinking about quitting, or who simply want to cut back on their tobacco use.
