What is NAMI?
NAMI stands for the National Alliance on Mental Illness, the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families affected by mental illness.
Why Mental Health Matters
Mental health is just as important as physical health. It influences how we think, feel, and handle daily challenges. When someone in the family is living with a mental health condition, it impacts the entire household. Having support, resources, and understanding makes all the difference—for both individuals experiencing mental illness and the caregivers who stand beside them.
