Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is an evidence-based strength, balance, and fitness program designed for adults 65 and older. Regularly performing exercises that enhance strength and balance is one of the most effective ways for older adults to stay active and reduce their risk of falls. The SAIL program provides a structured curriculum to support these goals, helping participants maintain their independence and well-being.
