No registration required.
Simply arrive ready to participate. The instructor will provide and review all required paperwork at your first class.
Exercises are designed to be done while sitting or standing.
Please don’t let a walker or wheelchair stop you from joining—we welcome all mobility and ability levels.
SAIL is designed to help older adults improve strength, balance, and confidence in a supportive and welcoming environment.
