Michael Fisher, CRNA-NSPM
Interventional Pain
Mike Fisher is a CRNA trained and certified in non-surgical pain management (NSPM).
Michael Fisher obtained his bachelor’s in nursing from Texas A&M University, then received his master’s through the U.S. Army Graduate Program in anesthesia nursing from the University of Texas. Additionally, he graduated from Texas Christian University’s Fellowship in Advanced Pain Management and has completed a clinical externship in interventional pain management. In addition to acute and chronic pain management, Michael’s special interests are in headache research and teaching alternative pain management strategies through lifestyle modification.
Michael was raised as a military child and later became a service member himself, enlisting as an Infantry Medic and Paratrooper in the U.S. Army after high school, later retiring as a Nurse Anesthetist. In his 28 years of service, he has provided healthcare for U.S. Forces and our partners on six of the seven continents. In his free time, he enjoys beekeeping, bicycling, working on old cars and snowboarding.
