Three collection sites to serve you.

Summit Pacific Medical Center operates a full-service laboratory that provides emergency services around the clock. Licensed and experienced medical laboratory scientists and technicians perform the majority of laboratory tests requested in our on-site laboratory.

We also utilize multiple send out testing facilities such as LabCorp and Avero Diagnostics. As soon as testing is complete, results are sent to the ordering healthcare provider.

Routine specimen collection for clinic patients and outside referrals is available 7 days a week. No appointment is necessary. Please see locations and hours of service below.

Wellness Center:

• Located at 610 East Main Street in Elma. Open 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.

McCleary Healthcare Clinic:

• Located at 105 W Simpson Ave in McCleary. Open 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

After hours specimen collection is available at the Medical Center:

• Available after 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday.
• Open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday
