Laurie Burkhart is a Western Washington native, having grown up in Sumner, WA. She holds both Master’s and Bachelor’s of Science degrees in Physical Therapy through the University of Puget Sound. For nine years she was the owner and leading therapist at Gravelly Lake Physical Therapy in Lakewood, WA.
Growing up on a dairy farm outside of Sumner, Laurie gained a passion for rural communities. She loves working with the elderly population – especially when it comes to helping them become more active.
Laurie is presently married and has seven children. She loves to play piano for her local church and leads the choir. She also co-teaches two children’s choirs at a homeschool coop and serves as an Algebra instructor. She enjoys camping with family, gardening, and music.
Holly treats a wide variety of populations including general orthopedic, geriatric and pediatric with specialty education in the treatment of vestibular conditions and the pelvic floor including prenatal and postpartum. She served as a physical therapist and had the opportunity to be a mentor and clinical instructor to student physical therapists. She also holds the role as a professor of Anatomy and Physiology at Rio Salado College in Arizona.
Holly is originally from Ontario, Canada but grew up in Michigan. She graduated from Grand Valley State University where she received a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy, then graduated from The College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, Minn., with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Holly enjoys outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, paddle boarding, kayaking and swimming as well as spending time with her family and two young boys. She belongs to the U.S. Master’s Swimming and has fun competing across the country.
Bayli Mohl, DPT, hails from Anchorage, Alaska, and pursued her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at George Fox University in Newberg, Oregon. She is committed to holistic treatment approaches and advocates for all patients to access top-tier care to accomplish their functional objectives. Bayli finds fulfillment in working with older adults who want to actively pursue a healthy lifestyle. She aspires to specialize in vestibular rehabilitation, aiming to enhance the quality of life for individuals experiencing balance and equilibrium challenges.
Bayli’s academic excellence is evident in her graduation with Summa Cum Laude honors from George Fox University. Furthermore, she earned the Innovative Practice Award, a testament to her dedication and innovative approaches within her field.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Bayli enjoys science fiction and fantasy literature. Alongside her fiancé, she enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest. Their cherished companion, an English Springer Spaniel named Darrow, brings boundless joy and companionship to their lives.
Olivia Nicholls, PT, DPT, BSAT, ATC, hails from St. Louis, Missouri. Her educational journey led her to Washington University in St. Louis, where she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Before that, she laid the foundation for her career by obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Missouri State University.
Passionate about making a difference in people’s lives, Olivia is dedicated to working with individuals across various age groups and functional levels. She is particularly committed to helping athletes of all ages recover and return to their respective sports.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Olivia is an advocate for an active lifestyle. She finds joy in exploring the breathtaking hikes the Pacific Northwest has to offer. Additionally, she is an avid sports enthusiast. Olivia Nicholls brings a holistic approach to her work, combining her expertise in physical therapy and athletic training with a genuine passion for promoting health and well-being.
Native to Bonney Lake, WA, she attended Washington State University, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She later obtained her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Puget Sound.
Brittany has a passion for working with the geriatric population and enjoys seeing people achieve their goals through evidence-based practice. Outside of work life, she spends time with her husband and their puppy. Some of her hobbies include spending time with her friends and family, gardening, weightlifting, Zumba, and traveling.
Mark was raised in McCleary, WA and earned his associates in Applied Science and Physical Therapist Assistant license from Green River Community College. He has worked in many different clinical settings including acute care, skilled nursing facility, and outpatient physical therapy. His passion in physical therapy is working with post-op orthopedic patients. Mark is happily married and has two boys. He loves to do any outdoor activities, woodworking, and gardening but finds the most enjoyment spending time with his family.
Aaron grew up in Gig Harbor, Washington. He received his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Utah State University and earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Franklin Pierce University in Manchester, New Hampshire. Aaron enjoys helping his patients rehabilitate and achieve their health goals by applying evidence-based treatments and techniques.
Since he was six, Aaron has been involved in hockey and still participates in recreational play and coaching. Outside of hockey, he enjoys staying active by playing golf, weightlifting, and hiking.
