About Kenneth Dietrich
Dr. Ken Dietrich joins Summit Pacific Medical Center with extensive experience in both medicine and administration. Before becoming CMO, he spent 18 months in SPMC’s Emergency Department. A Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Society of Critical Care Medicine, Dr. Dietrich has over 34 years in critical care, including 26 years at Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital. He earned his medical degree from LSU School of Medicine, completed a pediatrics residency at Doernbecher Children’s Hospital, and a fellowship in Pediatric Critical Care at the University of Wisconsin.
Dr. Dietrich has held several leadership roles, including Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Medical Director at LSU Medical School, where he established their first PICU program, and built a large multi-specialty group at Mary Bridge. He also led the development of the Mary Bridge Children’s Health Alliance PHO. He has served as President and CEO of InVivo Health Partners and held other significant roles in various organizations.
Living on a farm outside Elma with his wife, Dr. Dietrich enjoys the community feel of SPMC and seeing patients in the area. He is eager to collaborate with SPMC executives to enhance hospital services in the underserved Grays Harbor area.
