Sarah is a Northwest native from Aberdeen, WA. She graduated from Seattle Pacific University earning a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutritional Science and completed her Dietetic Internship through the University of Washington. Sarah has been a registered dietitian since 2004 and has experience in both clinical and outpatient dietetic practice. She enjoys helping people set achievable, meaningful nutrition goals that will enhance and sustain their health and wellness.

Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and Boston Terrier. She loves being active and enjoys running, walking, spinning, and taking day hikes.
