In addition to the structured rotations listed, residents receive longitudinal training in outpatient Procedure clinic, POCUS, Lifestyle Medicine, nursing home care and health systems management. Graduates have the opportunity to sit for the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine certification exam at the end of residency and are well-prepared to apply for POCUS certification (such as through the Society of Hospital Medicine certificate program). Schedules will vary to maximize the learning for each resident and based on program evaluation feedback.
