Our hospital, like many across Washington State, are facing unprecedented capacity and staffing challenges. As a result, our hospital has moved from conventional to contingency levels of staffing.

As a result, we ask that you please anticipate the following:

• When seeking care, patients will experience longer wait times in our Emergency Department or Urgent Care Clinic.
• Care teams may be caring for more patients than they normally would.
• Rather than being placed in an Emergency Department room, your evaluation and treatment may occur in our triage room or other designated area.

We will do all we can to ensure we are providing the best possible care to our community with an emphasis on quality, access and compassion. We appreciate your understanding.
